I thought the comment was hyperbole. But then I watched the whole thing and discovered that was in fact an understatement.

English sports commentary, never known for it’s impartiality, it perhaps at its best here, with choice lines like:
“OH MY GOD DANNY STAY ON YAH BIKE”
“LOOOOK AT THE WHIIIIP OH MY GOOOOOD”
“HOW DOES DANNY HART SIT DOWN, WITH BALLS THAT BIG?!?”
